Unfortunately at the moment we only ship within the UK .
We want you to love your piece — but if you change your mind, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
- The ring must be unworn, in its original condition
- The security tag must be intact and attached
- Custom or resized items are non-returnable unless faulty
- If the item is faulty or damaged, we will offer a full refund or exchange

Once you place an order, our team processes it within 1-2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Orders
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you haven’t received it within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t find it, reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to help!
We process orders quickly, but if you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to make the change. However, once the order has been dispatched, we’re unable to modify the address.
